Most residential shingle replacements take 1–2 days. Larger or more complex roofs can take longer, and we tell you the expected timeline in your written estimate before any work starts.

It can. Florida law (Statute 627.0629) requires insurers to offer discounts for construction features that reduce wind damage, and a new roof built to today’s code often qualifies for more of them. The discounts are documented on a wind mitigation inspection form completed by an inspector your insurer accepts. We provide the permit records and photos of the deck nailing and secondary water barrier that inspector needs.

We replace roofs year-round. Spring and late fall give the driest, mildest working days. Hurricane season runs June 1 through November 30, and summer brings afternoon thunderstorms, so in those months we tear off only what we can dry in the same day.
